Em resumo

Tanto no iPhone quanto no Android, o LearnSimply não coleta dados pessoais, não rastreia ninguém e não mostra anúncios. Você não precisa criar uma conta.

O que fica no seu aparelho

As palavras que você aprende e salva, suas notas pessoais, além do idioma, do modo e dos ajustes que você escolhe, ficam guardados somente no seu aparelho. Eles nunca são enviados para nós nem para mais ninguém. A troca de dados entre o app e o widget também acontece dentro do aparelho.

No iPhone, se o Backup do iCloud estiver ativado, essas informações podem fazer parte do backup do seu aparelho que a Apple guarda na sua própria conta do iCloud. No Android, se o backup do Google estiver ativado, o backup automático do Android pode guardá-las na sua própria Conta do Google. Não temos acesso a esses backups.

Compras

As assinaturas e a compra vitalícia são feitas pela App Store da Apple no iPhone e pelo Google Play no Android. A Apple ou o Google processam seus dados de pagamento; nós nunca os vemos. O app só fica sabendo pela loja se o Premium está ativo. Veja a Política de Privacidade da Apple e a Política de Privacidade do Google para mais detalhes.

Notificações

As notificações de palavras são agendadas e exibidas no seu aparelho; nenhum servidor é usado. Você pode desativá-las quando quiser nos Ajustes do iPhone ou nas configurações de notificação do app no Android.

Crianças

O app não coleta dados de ninguém, inclusive de crianças.

Apagar seus dados

Ao apagar o app, todos os dados dele são removidos do seu aparelho. Você também pode redefinir as palavras aprendidas em Perfil.

Formulário de suporte e aviso de dados

O que está acima se refere ao app. Se você usar o formulário de suporte ou nos escrever um e-mail, seu endereço e sua mensagem chegam até nós por e-mail para que possamos responder. Os detalhes (controlador, finalidade, transferências, prazo de guarda e seus direitos pela lei turca de proteção de dados, KVKK) estão no aviso em inglês abaixo.

In short

On iPhone and Android alike, LearnSimply collects no personal data, does no tracking and shows no ads. You don't need an account.

What stays on your device

The words you learn and save, the personal notes you write on words, your chosen language, mode and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Sharing between the app and its widget also happens on the device.

On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is on, this information may be included in Apple's backup of your device in your own iCloud account. On Android, if Google backup is on, Android's automatic backup may store it in your own Google account. We have no access to these backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we never see them. The app only learns from the store whether Premium is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled and shown on your device; no server is involved. You can turn them off anytime in Settings on iPhone, or in the app's notification settings on Android.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also reset your learned words in Profile.

Support form and e-mail

The sections above are about the app. When you use the support form on the website or e-mail us, the address and message you write are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. The website does not store them itself, and it uses no cookies or analytics.

• What data: the e-mail address, message, chosen topic and language, and browser details you send us through the support form or by e-mail. The app itself collects no personal data.
• Why: to answer your support request, look into bug reports and prevent misuse of the form.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
• How it is collected: electronically, through the support form on the website and by e-mail.
• Transfers: your message is passed on and stored through Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and forwards the e-mail, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our mailbox; their servers may be outside Türkiye. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9 and only to answer your request. Your data is not shared with anyone else, not sold and not used for advertising.
• How long: support correspondence is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed, then deleted.
• Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to destek@learnsimply.app; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
