En resumen

Tanto en iPhone como en Android, LearnSimply no recopila datos personales, no rastrea a nadie y no muestra anuncios. No necesitas crear una cuenta.

Lo que se queda en tu dispositivo

Las palabras que aprendes y guardas, tus notas personales, y el idioma, el modo y los ajustes que eliges, se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. Nunca se envían a nosotros ni a nadie más. El intercambio de datos entre la app y su widget también ocurre dentro del dispositivo.

En iPhone, si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de iCloud, esta información puede incluirse en la copia de tu dispositivo que Apple guarda en tu propia cuenta de iCloud. En Android, si la copia de seguridad de Google está activada, la copia automática de Android puede guardarla en tu propia cuenta de Google. No tenemos acceso a estas copias.

Compras

Las suscripciones y la compra de por vida se realizan a través del App Store de Apple en iPhone y de Google Play en Android. Apple o Google procesan tus datos de pago; nosotros nunca los vemos. La app solo sabe por la tienda si Premium está activo. Consulta la Política de privacidad de Apple y la Política de privacidad de Google para más detalles.

Notificaciones

Las notificaciones de palabras se programan y se muestran en tu dispositivo; no interviene ningún servidor. Puedes desactivarlas cuando quieras en los Ajustes del iPhone o en los ajustes de notificaciones de la app en Android.

Niños

La app no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de niños.

Eliminar tus datos

Al eliminar la app se borran todos sus datos de tu dispositivo. También puedes restablecer las palabras aprendidas en Perfil.

Formulario de soporte y aviso de datos

Lo anterior se refiere a la app. Si usas el formulario de soporte o nos escribes un correo, tu dirección y tu mensaje nos llegan por correo para poder responderte. Los detalles (responsable, finalidad, transferencias, plazo de conservación y tus derechos según la ley turca de protección de datos, KVKK) están en el aviso en inglés de abajo.

On iPhone and Android alike, LearnSimply collects no personal data, does no tracking and shows no ads. You don't need an account.

What stays on your device

The words you learn and save, the personal notes you write on words, your chosen language, mode and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else. Sharing between the app and its widget also happens on the device.

On iPhone, if iCloud Backup is on, this information may be included in Apple's backup of your device in your own iCloud account. On Android, if Google backup is on, Android's automatic backup may store it in your own Google account. We have no access to these backups.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are made through Apple's App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Apple or Google processes your payment details; we never see them. The app only learns from the store whether Premium is active. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

Word notifications are scheduled and shown on your device; no server is involved. You can turn them off anytime in Settings on iPhone, or in the app's notification settings on Android.

Children

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also reset your learned words in Profile.

Support form and e-mail

The sections above are about the app. When you use the support form on the website or e-mail us, the address and message you write are sent to us by e-mail so we can answer you. The website does not store them itself, and it uses no cookies or analytics.

• What data: the e-mail address, message, chosen topic and language, and browser details you send us through the support form or by e-mail. The app itself collects no personal data.
• Why: to answer your support request, look into bug reports and prevent misuse of the form.
• Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).
• How it is collected: electronically, through the support form on the website and by e-mail.
• Transfers: your message is passed on and stored through Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and forwards the e-mail, and Microsoft (Outlook), which provides our mailbox; their servers may be outside Türkiye. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9 and only to answer your request. Your data is not shared with anyone else, not sold and not used for advertising.
• How long: support correspondence is kept for at most 1 year after the request is closed, then deleted.
• Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information about it and its purpose, learn who it was transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object, and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to destek@learnsimply.app; we answer within 30 days at the latest.
